• Selected Products: 30 day money back guarantee: This special offer is currently offered on the SaeboGlove, SaeboStretch, SaeboStim Pro, SaeboStim One and SaeboStep products.  This allows you to wear or use the product in your home to determine whether the product will meet your needs. You may return these items for any reason for a 100% refund of the product price.  All we ask is that you contact us within 30 days if you wish to request a refund or exchange.* Please allow 3-5 working days for processing and shipping. Products are typically delivered within 5-7 business days.

Quality Guarantee:

• We guarantee all our products to be free from manufacturing defects and will replace any defective item for a full 12 months (24 months for the SaeboStim One, SaeboStim Pro and Saebo Mirror Box) from the date of purchase.
• If the defective item is no longer available, a refund will be issued.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging.
• Include your name with the in the box.
• Return via recorded delivery to Saebo UK, Weltech Centre, Ridgeway, Welwyn Garden City, AL7 2AA.

Refunds:

• Upon receipt and inspection of your authorised return, your refund of the product amount will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card within 3-5 working days. You will be notified by email.

*Individuals will be limited one “30 day money back guarantee” trial per product.  Saebo reserves the right to decline any trial request for any individual for any reason (including but not limited to clinical contraindications) and may further limit the number of trials occurring for any one individual occurring simultaneously.  Additional restrictions may apply, please contact us for completed details.
